Crystal worked on my teeth today. She is professional and really like the way Doc and Crystal explain what is going on with my teeth and tell me ways to fix the problems.
Dr. Jennings and Shawn were great. Both are very knowledgeable. Office is clean and easy to get to. Brittany at the front was awesome and got me scheduled for my next cleaning at a time that worked for me.
Again, Pinnacle exceeds expectations! Crystal was my dental technician. Crystal paid great attention to detail and to the type of service that makes me comfortable. She was proactive in setting my future appointment and describing a procedure that will take place at that time. Dr. Perret inspected her work and completed a periodic exam. Looking good! I don't usually reply to these requests, but Dr. Perrett's ability and resources are so good I had to speak up. I walked in Pinnacle Dentistry with a broken crown and three hours later I walked out with a brand new one made that day. Outstanding service.
This is a very pleasant office. I like being warmly greeted as I enter and my appointments are always on time. Dr. Jennings is my hero. He listened to my concerns and gave me options in order to save my smile! Even if I’m only receiving a regular cleaning he always pops in to check out my smile and say hello.

Dr. Lamondin and her team welcomed us and treated us with utmost professionalism, explaining all the steps and procedures.
I would have a hard time recommending any other team that is not Pinnacle Dentistry.
